The institute is headed by the Chairperson Smt. Nirmala Dubey proprietor of RSD Samarpan Hospital, Pooja Medical Centre . She looks after the overall functioning, planning and policies of the Institute.

Mrs. Mary Ani, (B.Sc. Nursing) is the Principal. She has 10 years of extensive experience as principal.

Dr. J.P. Dwivedi, DOMS, Retd. Sr. Consultant Eye Surgeon, Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Hospital, Lucknow. He is the HOD for Optometry course.

Dr. G.C. Dubey, DOMS, Sr. Consultant Eye Surgeon, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Combined Hospital, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. He is the HOD for O.T. Technician course.

Dr. S.P. Pathak, Retd. it. Director (National Prog.) Provincial and Medical Health Services, Ex. Sr. Consultant, T.B. & Chest Diseases, Ex. Chief Medical Officer, Eminent Astrologer and human being. Besides being advisor to Executive Committee, he is the HOD for Emergency & Trauma Care Technician course.

Besides having competent and respectable faculty of the Institute, there will also be visits by Guest Faculties who have created name for themselves in the field of medical and health care.
